Woodland Electrical

Any electrical work which involves a new circuit, replacement consumer unit, work in kitchens and bathrooms (click here for more info), requires that the work is certified by building control or a registered Part P electrician. Any notifiable works should always come with an installation certificate and a Part P certificate. A part P electrician will also be a member of a trade association such as NAPIT.

If you are looking for an electrician in Loughton, Epping Forest and the Surrounding Areas

I may be able to help. I have 35+ years experience in Residential, Commercial and Industrial electrics. Why not drop me a line and I can see if I can help you with your electrical needs.

My electrics are working fine

Did you know, the majority of electrical regulations and safety features are not there just to make sure your light bulb will light up, they are there to protect you when something goes wrong. So just because something is working, doesn't mean it is safe or correctly installed.

House fires

According to Safety First - Electricity is a major cause of accidental fires in UK homes- over 20,000 each year.

Peace of mind

Having your old fuse board replaced with a modern consumer unit, will add new safety features and with it peace of mind. A report on the condition of your complete electrical installation is carried out before the replacement of a consumer unit.
