I have been in the electrical contracting industry for over 30 years. Working in a variety of roles including an office based engineer, a site foreman to a self employed electrician.

I have worked in vastly different areas, ranging from Hospitals, Commercial properties, Industrial properties, refurbishing complete housing estates and part of a team that refurbished the Radisson Edwardian Hotel chain in London’s west end. More recently I have spent 15 years working mainly in the rental market for letting agents and landlords, producing EICRs, pat testing, repairs and fault finding. I hold the city & guilds 2391 in inspection and testing and have been accredited by NAPIT (National Association of Professional Testers and Inspectors) for over 12 years.
